There were 2 interviews, one with the area manager and another with the regional manager. The reporting structure is a bit unusual because you report to your general home manager as well as the regional sales manager. For care staff roles, interviews can be conducted by anyone from BOC to housekeepers.

Behavioral Other

The interview process involved three rounds, with each subsequent interviewer being more senior. There were two-week waiting periods between interviews, which was a bit of a drag. Following the second interview, I had to take an online personality test that was supposed to gauge my work habits and organizational style, but it didn't seem very accurate for me. I was also supposed to do a one-on-one "job shadow," but that never ended up happening. In the end, I received an offer about six weeks after my first interview.

Behavioral

The interview process was pretty simple, but ended up taking a while. I applied online and got a call the next day. It took several weeks from the first interview until I got an offer. I had to redo my TB test because the requirement was for one within 30 days, and mine was just over 2 months old, even though I had recently had one done. There were supposed to be 3 interviews, but luckily the Executive Director and Director of Sales were able to meet at the same time. The third interview was with the Regional Director of Sales. There was about a 2-week gap between interviews. They really focus on behavioral interviewing, so they want specific examples of when you've dealt with situations, like "when I encountered this upset individual, this is how I responded and what I did to calm them down," rather than general "what if" answers.
