First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sunrise Senior Living.
Business Manager
For this role, we had a few rounds of interviews. First, there was a behavioral based questions interview, and then I interviewed with 2 Managers.
- Can you share an instance where you failed to meet a deadline? How did you manage the situation?
Manager
Had seven interviews over four months. First was a group interview straight into a care coordinator chat. Then I had two job previews. Then I met the executive director. Over the next two weeks, I met with two regional directors one-on-one. The whole process was way too long; I wouldn't suggest it if you're unemployed.
- Can you share an instance of handling a challenging customer?
Manager
I applied online and got an email about two weeks later. They invited me to a group interview, but only three of us showed up. The next day, I got a call for a shadow day that lasted about an hour. Then, a week later, I got a call for a second interview.
- Can you share an instance where you went above and beyond for someone?
