Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

Applied and got contacted by a recruiter within 3 days. First was a phone screen, then a 24-hour take-home assignment with 2 scenarios: email a customer about project progress and how to handle a procedural/management issue, plus a writing prompt on career aspirations at SunPower. Passed that and interviewed with 3 Project Coordinator supervisors. They introduced themselves, I introduced myself, and then they asked questions, mostly situational, and I got to ask questions. I dressed up but they were very casually dressed, which was odd. The interview panel seemed disengaged and lacked energy. One interviewer had her hand covering her mouth the whole time. After two of them finished, they went quiet, leaving me with one interviewer to finish. It felt stagnant, like a Q&A with no real conversation about the role or my potential contributions. My impression is the supervisors lacked hiring experience.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

This interview had four stages. First was an HR screen, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview with three supervisors. Finally, there was a case study and a last interview with a senior manager. The HR screen was pretty standard, mostly just checking if my salary expectations, timeline, and work history lined up. The second and third rounds were mostly behavioral questions, which I find tough, but they were clearly asked and not meant to trick me. The hiring manager was helpful when I got stuck on a question during the second round, giving me a scenario to help me figure out an answer. The final round felt pretty relaxed. You'll do a case study and go over it with the interviewer, who's mainly trying to see if you'd be a good fit personality-wise and for the team. They'll also check if you handled the case study scenarios well and can do the job duties.

Behavioral

Applied via LinkedIn, got an email from a recruiter the next day. Filled out a basic candidate questionnaire and a bunch of other forms with questions and a case study. After the initial screening call, which the recruiter mentioned was a reschedule and then asked 'hi, I'm driving now, but we still can talk about the position, what is your interest? etc.', I was supposed to be scheduled for a second round with the office staff. It was supposed to be scheduled soon, but it never actually happened. Followed up, but only got a 'Let me see, I'll let you know' from the recruiter and then nothing else.
