Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sundyne.
Engineering
The interview process began with a few phone interviews, and then I was invited to visit the Sundyne facility. The recruiter and hiring manager were really nice and accommodating. Even though my flight was delayed, the interview team made an extra effort to meet with me. The whole process felt comfortable, and I enjoyed talking with the technical experts.

Engineer
I went through 7 interviews with different people. Some engineers asked technical questions, but most of the interviews were about my personality and situational questions. The whole process took a few months, and in the end, they picked someone else.
- How do you deal with disagreements?
Product Engineer
First, I had a 15-minute call with HR. Then, I had a 2-hour onsite interview. It started with a one-on-one with the hiring manager and a tour of the office. After that, I met with his manager for a half-hour one-on-one where they told me about the company. The last part was meeting with two co-workers I would be working with, and they described the work life. All the interviews felt easy.
- Can you describe your general experience?
- Do you have any behavioral questions for me?
