Team Leader
The interview process was well structured with STAR method questions. It was professional and gave me a chance to shine and use real-life examples. I was encouraged to showcase my strengths, smile, dress professionally, make eye contact, and be confident. It covered all the standard interview elements.
- Can you describe a situation where you resolved a conflict with a colleague or stakeholder?
Team Leader
It was a very easy and laid back interview. It felt very scripted. The job was described as per the job description in the job ad. The interviewer didn't know what he was doing. He did not fully describe the key performance indicators. It felt as though they are only interested in numbers/money and not in the customer and definitely not the employees.
- Do you have dependents that might prevent you from doing your job?
Team Leader
The interview process was good and the questions were clear. The environment was comfortable and everyone was well-informed and prepared. Discussions were allowed to go both ways. There were two interviewers, which provided good moderation. Overall, it was a great experience.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and areas for improvement?
