Technical Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty structured and thorough. It began with an initial phone screening where they asked about my background, past projects, and availability. After that, I had a technical interview with a panel of engineers and project managers. They asked detailed questions about my experience with rigid pipeline installation, subsea structures, and metrology for spool installations. Some questions were scenario-based, where they wanted to see how I would handle unexpected challenges offshore. There was also a behavioral interview where they assessed my leadership and teamwork skills. They asked about times I had to manage conflicts on a project or adapt to sudden changes in offshore operations. Overall, the process was professional and engaging. The technical part was challenging but fair, and the behavioral questions allowed me to showcase my problem-solving abilities. I appreciated how they gave me the opportunity to discuss my past experiences in depth. After the final round, they provided feedback and later extended an offer. It was a smooth and positive experience.

Behavioral

The hiring manager was 15 minutes late for the interview. The remote participant wasn't connected when the interview began. The HR person was nice but didn't give clear answers and wasn't helpful. They didn't follow up on the interview results. I didn't feel like their feedback was reliable.

Behavioral

The interview process was fair, straightforward, and standard. It involved one phone interview, followed by a one-on-one meeting. The entire process took about a month. There were no online tests or similar assessments. I was applying for a role in Sydney. While I know some people go through multiple interview rounds, that wasn't the case for me.
