Graduate Program
So, first there was this online test, then an online video interview. After that, I had a 20-minute phone screen where they asked about my interest in the company and if I could do the technical stuff. The last part was a group assessment center with an individual interview with a panel member, focusing on group problem-solving.
- What are your thoughts on using AI?
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- How do you see your personal brand?
Graduate Student
It was a good experience, though I was quite nervous. Some questions were tough, but overall, it felt average. This interview process really helped me prepare for interviews at other companies.
- Could you describe your project?
- How do your soft skills relate to your project?
Graduate Role
Submitted an application online, followed by SHL testing. Then there was a video interview, and an assessment center (AC). Ultimately, an offer was extended. Although I reached the final stage, other candidates were found to be a better fit. The coordinator will let you know if you were suitable. It was a standard and professional AC. For graduate roles in my field, about 20-25% of applicants made it to the AC stage. Standard STAR questions were asked, and a teamwork-based task was involved.
- Can you describe a time you exceeded expectations in a previous job?
