You'll start with an online test where you'll have to find errors in text, judge emotions and expressions, and the last part is about personality. If you pass that, you'll have a video interview (4 questions about strengths, experience, environment, and knowledge) through a browser link. If you do well on that, you'll move on to either an interview or an assessment center (AC).

The interview lasted 4 hours in person. We started with a group stage where everyone introduced themselves and the leaders talked about their jobs. Then, we were split up to do a case study on Suncorp's values, sharing ideas and presenting them to the others. After that, there was an individual interview with leaders, which was pretty casual, mainly going over the resume. Some recent grads also came and shared their experiences at Suncorp.
