The interview went well and the office was quite fancy. The interviewer was approachable and had a lot of experience with the company. It could have been more private, though, as the interview was in a public area.

I got referred to this role by Madison Recruitment. It's a call centre job. First, I had to complete some online preliminary tests in a virtual call centre setting. Then, I went to a Group Assessment Centre. It felt pretty upbeat, but still quite corporate, so I'd suggest dressing in business attire. They asked us to bring an 'item of interest' to help break the ice and show a bit of our personality outside of work. We started with a Face-To-Face Phone Roleplay where the focus was on trying to upsell services while helping customers with their issues. The interview included standard behavior-based questions. We also had a group discussion about the meaning of 'customer service' and had to write our thoughts down on a handout. Finally, I did a short presentation to the group based on a card that had a specific value from Suncorp's mission statement.
