The first part was a virtual automated interview with general questions like your favorite and least favorite subjects in your major, your greatest accomplishment from school or work, and your passions and aspirations. The second part of the interview dealt with real-life issues, like if you've had a disagreement with a coworker, how you solved it, and how you would handle it in the future.

The interview process was really smooth, starting with a call on a Wednesday to confirm my interest and set up an interview, which was on the following Monday. I got an offer on Friday morning, so the whole thing was quick and easy. The interview was done over the phone. The engineer I spoke with was running a bit late due to an onsite emergency, so another supervisor from the same division ended up interviewing me. The questions were behavioral, they went over my resume and asked for more details, and we talked about my interests and more about myself. I also got to learn about the company and ask my own questions. It was pretty standard and not too difficult, and the engineer seemed like a really nice, genuine guy.

The interview process takes a while, about 2 months from the first contact to getting an offer. There were video questions where you have to record yourself answering, which was a bit awkward. The managers and recruiters were nice, though.
