Behavioral Other

I did a video interview, and then had to do a hogan assessment which tested my personality, cognitive, and analytic skills. After that, I had an official interview with HR and the manager I'd be reporting to. The interview had 3 personality questions, and the rest of the time was spent communicating with the manager. I heard back about a job offer within a week.
