The interview process started with mock interviews conducted with students, which gave us a chance to ask questions and get feedback from those interviewing us. Although I didn't get the job, it was a great experience and they were friendly.

I have completed the pre-screen assessment and video interview so far, which had a two-day completion window. The Professional Individual Contributor Assessment had three parts and took me 1 hour and 40 minutes. The Numerical Reasoning section is timed and designed so that only a small percentage of people can finish it correctly. This is a new addition to the pre-screen process and stays on your record for 12 months, so some preparation is recommended. I suspect it's Hogan-based.

I applied online and got an internal referral. I interviewed with the hiring team lead and an HR person. The HR person was on the phone, which made it hard to respond to her questions. The vibe was okay. They asked some behavioral questions, safety questions, and gave an Excel skills test. The Excel test wasn't too tough, covering functions like vlookup and sumif, and making charts. They said they'd inform me of the outcome either way, but I never heard back. After about a month, my referral told me I didn't get the job.
