The recruiter from Lewisville, TX wanted to schedule two half-hour sessions to discuss the Brand Ambassador position. This seemed like too much time, so I asked her to email me about her concerns. Her reply was, "it's on indeed. you applied for the position i should have to tell you what you applied for. sorry not your secretary." Because of this response, the interview never happened.

It was a 3 step process. First step was a phone interview. Second and third steps were in person at BJ's. The whole thing felt unprofessional. I was told to dress business casual for the second interview, and I did, but the interviewer looked sloppy. If this wasn't the best offer I could get without a degree and no experience, I would pass. The pay is okay, starting at $480/week before taxes. Weekends are gone, but we'll see how it goes. The people seemed friendly, though.

The interview process was very well done. Unfortunately, the mentioning of "high turnover," which is common in all sales jobs, is mostly due to them letting people go rather quickly. If I had known that going in, I probably wouldn't have accepted employment. But, it was nice for what it was. They made me feel good and important.
