The process started with HR, then a 30-minute chat with a partner, followed by an interview with three principals, then a case study, and finally a Superday. It felt really smooth and professional.

We had 3 rounds in total. First, you'll meet everyone on the Deal Team. Then, there's a case study focusing on LBO and commercial aspects. Finally, you'll meet 3 more senior members of the firm.

I applied online and then HR reached out. I had a phone screen with a light case study. After that, I had two more phone interviews with two different associates. They actually asked me the exact same questions in both of those interviews.
