Associate
We had 3 rounds in total. First, you'll meet everyone on the Deal Team. Then, there's a case study focusing on LBO and commercial aspects. Finally, you'll meet 3 more senior members of the firm.

Intern
We had several rounds of interviews, the first two were virtual. They asked behavioral questions, why I wanted to join this company, and why growth equity. They also asked me to describe what I would ask a CEO on a sourcing call. A lot of the questions were to see if my personality would fit with the company and the role, especially the cold calling aspect.

Fund Analyst
It was a three-round interview process with team members. The interview was in person. Everyone was really nice and informative. They required formal attire, but all employees were in business casual. There were no surprises once I started.

Software Engineer
The interview process was straightforward. First, a screening phone call to describe the job and how my skills matched up to it, followed by an online interactive coding interview to assess my skills
