This company's interview process was really long, way longer than usual. I had a ridiculous number of phone interviews, it felt like I spoke to everyone there. The feedback was great until the in-person meeting. I have over 15 years of experience and look very professional, but they seemed to lack diversity in their corporate office. I noticed immediately there was no diversity at all. It made me wonder if patients using their products knew how little they valued diversity. It was disappointing to see this still happening.
