It took weeks after applying to get a response from HR. I had an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview with leadership (even for an entry-level role...). A week or two after the panel, HR reached out with positive feedback and asked about my notice period and salary expectations, but then I was ghosted for a month before receiving an automated rejection. The whole process was terrible and really showed a lack of professionalism. I heard people are leaving for good reasons.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The process began with an interview with a consultant, which was a positive experience because I received continuous feedback throughout. Then, I had three interviews with company executives. This part was also very positive, as they were very open in providing precise business information and answering my questions.

The selection process was managed by Imediatta RH, where standard tests for palographic, math, and basic Portuguese were applied. The final stage was an interview with the manager, not the three managers of the sector. Questions were asked about past experiences, what you seek in the company, and importantly, if you know anyone there. Since I didn't know anyone, I was disqualified. One of the managers asked which soccer team I support. I am completely disappointed with the hiring standards of the company.
