The interview process was really smooth and everything was well-organized. First, I had two online assessments, one for IQ & English and another technical one. The questions were pretty average and there was a medium-difficulty problem-solving task, which was fair and gave a good sense of the role without being too tough. After that, I had a technical interview which was also well-organized, with questions that really tested my knowledge and experience. A special shout-out to the HR person, who was super professional, supportive, and friendly. I had my ISTQB exam on the same day as the technical interview, and she was really understanding and helped me reschedule it to a better time. I really appreciated that flexibility.
