Very selective management, very dedicated person for each step. There was an HR person, a VP for technical assessment, and even a presentation in front of the company CEO. Then senior HR staff for offering and negotiation.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved an English assessment, followed by an IQ test, then a business interview with the manager, and finally an interview with the CEO. The process took a very long time, was not professional, and no feedback was provided. The HR representative was rude and impolite. Overall, I was not pleased with the experience.
