The interview process was pretty straightforward. I applied through my school's OCI process and then had a screening interview over Zoom with a partner. After that, I got invited for an in-person callback at S+C's office where I spent the day interviewing with multiple partners and associates. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I enjoyed talking to everyone.

The process was very efficient and streamlined. After the callback interview, the firm invited candidates to many different events, which was quite a burden to students who are likely to have multiple other interviews. It was more like testing whether the candidates are truly committed to the firm.

I had a screener interview, and then after that, I had my final round interviews. It was four interviews, and they were all 30 minutes long. They were at the main office. I met with two associates and two partners. After the interviews, there was a lunch.
