It was a refreshing interview process given the tough job market. Scheduling was a breeze with quick turnarounds between interviews. I initially went for a different role and went through 3-4 rounds, but a company reorganization put things on hold. HR was proactive and reached out a month or two later to offer a similar position and moved me through quickly. Everyone on the team was open about the difficulties and trade-offs, answered my questions straight up, and it felt like we were working together rather than me just performing. The team was super responsive via text and email the whole time. The second round went fast—I got an offer in less than a month (partly because I wanted a break between interviews). Overall, it felt like a respectful and genuine process.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process had a few steps. It kicked off with a recruiter phone call, then moved to some one-on-one chats with Directors and Hiring Managers. The last part involved giving a presentation to the CS team Directors, where I had to go through a scenario about helping a hospital get their platform launched. My recruiter was super helpful, keeping me updated and letting me know what to expect next. It took a bit longer than I thought, but it gave me a good sense of the team and company vibe, which was important for my final choice. I picked them over other options, and I'm happy with that.

Presentation Case

So the process was pretty disorganized. I had to do this intense data case study over a weekend, but then I heard other people got a whole week for the same thing. It felt like not everyone was on a level playing field, which just seems like sloppy HR or maybe even on purpose. I put together some high-level strategy ideas and did a deep dive into the data, but got a really generic rejection email in the end. To management, I'd say, make your case study timelines consistent. Asking for director-level insights in 48 hours when you give others more time is just not professional and feels biased.
