Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Suitsupply.
Sales Associate
Ho fatto una telefonata e un colloquio di persona. Devo dire che sono stati molto empatici durante tutto il processo. Era un colloquio standard con una parte in inglese, condotto dal direttore del negozio, dal suo vice e dal capo area.
- Why would you like to change companies?
Sales Associate
You’ll speak with 3 different managers. They’ll inquire about your personal style and what fashion inspires your outfits. It was pretty straightforward as long as you’re articulate and can sell yourself. This makes sense given it’s a sales role.
- Is there a person who influences your fashion choices?
- Who is a fashion figure that inspires you?
Sales Associate
After an initial introduction and settling in, we immediately did a role-play. In this role-play, there were 5 suits on a rack, and the "customer" asked what kind of suit he needed for an interview. I was asked why Suit Supply is better than other competitors and why he should choose this brand. They really dug into why this suit is better than others and what Suit Supply offers compared to competitors. The role-play lasted about 5 minutes. After the role-play, we sat down and had traditional questions. They really pushed hard on the interview procedure in a challenging way, so be well-prepared and don't get discouraged!
