It was a pretty thorough process. I spoke with three managers at different levels, which gave me a good insight into the company and how they focus on building strong teams. All the meetings were on Teams and lasted about half an hour each. They were flexible with scheduling and worked around my availability.

I got referred by a current employee, so I started with an informational chat with him. He then put me in touch with someone in a similar role. After she said good things, I spoke with someone from Talent Management for a phone screen. They seemed into it, but nothing was open then. I followed up a while later and was able to interview with a COO and a PM. Got the job the next day!
