The interview was very straightforward. The recruiter was transparent and responsive, and I got through the interview process quickly. Be prepared for a good number of behavioral questions.

This was a waste of time, they called me a few times just to lowball and stall. I've interviewed with them at least 3 different occasions. Seems like a good company but I'm not sure what's up with the hiring process.

I got a call from HR first for a quick screening, which was great. She knew all the answers and made me really want to join the company. Then, I had a Teams meeting with the Director of the Career Start Program, and that went just as well. After that, they flew me out to West Palm Beach. They had a half-day planned to introduce the company, including three 30-minute interviews. All the interviews felt like real conversations, and the people interviewing me were part of the construction team, not just managers. Everyone seemed to really believe in the company, and it was a great experience overall.
