Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SUEZ.
Maintenance Technician
There were two nice and kind interviewers. They had prepared a lot of questions that are typical for this job, focusing on personal and technical skills, and also work safety. First, they asked about 5-6 personal questions, then about 5-6 technical questions. After all questions were done, they asked for some personal details and salary expectations. Finally, I got to ask my questions.
- Could you introduce yourself?
Technician
It was a quick and straightforward process with a lot of practical discussions. There were 2 stages in total, and a lot of conversation with HR. It was an open and honest conversation. Overall, it was a positive experience with quick responses afterward. They asked a lot of practical work-related questions.
- What hobbies do you have?
- Can you tell me about your background?
- Do you prefer to present or write?
Lab Technician
We started with a quick phone call, and then I went in for a group interview with the hiring manager and the plant manager. It was pretty relaxed. The group interview included some standard interview questions along with technical stuff about the job, like working in a lab and safety.
- Can you share an instance where a colleague wasn't following proper safety procedures during an activity?
