Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SUEZ.
Software Developer
The interview was pretty intense but overall good. They hit me with scenario-based questions instead of the usual ones and asked me to show what I can do. There were two rounds, one technical and one practical demonstration. It was a good experience.
- What is your expected salary?
Senior Software Engineer
I sent my CV to HR. A couple of weeks later, they got back to me. Within 5 days, I had a Skype interview. Then, about a week after that, they extended an offer.
- Can you describe your most significant work challenge?
Software Engineer
The interviews were back-to-back for this recruitment, and it was too short to really show what we can do or if this position really suits us. The experience felt after the interview was therefore globally negative, even if the setting is nice, we have the impression of being a mere number.
- Questions focused almost exclusively on technical aspects with little about the person.
