I had a Zoom meeting with my future boss and supervisors. They inquired about my academic background and my interest in the position, and then they described the role I applied for. The conversation was detailed, respectful, and friendly.

So first there was an online test which I cleared. Then a telephonic round, which I also cleared. After that, it was a face-to-face technical interview, cleared that too. Next was a face-to-face with the HOD, which I cleared as well. The last round was with HR, where we talked about the Date of Joining, and they asked for my payslip. They said they'd get back after I mailed the documents. Followed up once after mailing the payslip, got put on hold due to salary negotiation. Followed up again, got put on hold by the technical team with a new reason. Then followed up multiple times with no response.

I had an interview at one of Suez-NA facilities. There were three interviewers and they were nice overall. They asked me to tell them about myself, describe leadership/ extracurricular experiences, and answer some behavioral questions. It was my first interview experience, but it was not that bad!
