I had a phone interview, then 3 operational interviews, and a final HR interview. The first two operational interviews had immediate answers, but there was a week's wait between the last two. The process was fairly quick, but they made promises they didn't keep and never discussed salary. During the HR interview, the person couldn't provide a salary or even a range, saying it would be based on my previous salary and market value. At the end of that interview, they verbally promised me a job offer. However, they called me back two weeks later to say I wasn't selected, without explaining why or what made them choose someone else. Their behavior was extremely disrespectful and degrading towards someone they had actively recruited.

The interview process started with a recruiter screen, followed by a period of no communication. Next, there was an interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was silence for several weeks. Then, three more interviews took place, after which I was ghosted. I reached out to both the recruiter and the hiring manager via email but received no response, notification, or automated message. I eventually discovered through LinkedIn, by searching for the company and the position title, that the role had been filled. It's quite disheartening and unprofessional that they couldn't even notify the candidates, especially after they invested 5 hours in interviews.

Applied online and got a call for an interview. Received an email with a link to an onboarding site to pick an interview slot. First interview was one hour with the Head of Department and a Finance Manager. Got through that and was offered a second interview. Another email with a link to pick a slot. The second interview was more detailed and included an HR Manager. I reached out to the Hiring Manager before the interview to see what I could do to prepare, and my preparation was helpful and was a big part of the second interview.
