The first interview was a video call with the HR team, very natural, personal introduction then about the group and the job, mutual expectations. The second interview was a video call with the Director of Antilles Guyane, more focused on the job, experiences and company organization. The third interview was in person at the job location, with the Agency Director and the outgoing project manager, similar to the second but getting into the specifics, types of projects led and skills needed. The fourth interview was a video call with the HR team from the first interview: verbal offer and conditions. The whole thing took 3 weeks, with a start date 15 days after the last interview. Very positive and satisfying experience, professional at all levels, coherent and smooth process, which is obviously significant given the company's size and scope. Very happy and proud to join this company that perfectly understood my background and expectations.

I had a really chill interview. They asked me about my past work experience and previous roles. Some of the questions were like, 'what would you do if?' scenarios. For example, they asked about teamwork or how I've handled tough situations.

It was a 1 on 1 interview in person at the company building. They said to wear business casual. We started with a tour of the facility and then I sat down with HR for the interview. It was a really friendly, nice experience overall.
