The interview process took a long time, about 4 weeks from application to offer. I have 4 years of experience and applied for a role at successive digital. A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, and then HR called to schedule an interview. The first interview was rescheduled twice, first to the next day, then to 4 days later. The interview, scheduled for 45 minutes, ended up being only 30 minutes because the interviewer got busy and rescheduled again for the following Tuesday. I had to keep following up with HR for subsequent steps and scheduling, which was quite exhausting. Interview 1 was supposed to be a 45-minute technical round, but it lasted exactly 90 minutes. It was a comprehensive technical interview covering theoretical concepts, practical scenarios, coding questions, output prediction, and essentially everything on my resume. Round 2, also a technical round, was with the BU lead and finished within the 45-minute timeframe. The BU lead asked a few technical questions and discussed behavioral aspects like working across time zones and with different technologies, but it was primarily technical.

So there were like 5 rounds in total, right? All of them were coding rounds and they were all elimination, meaning if you failed, you were out. After each coding round, there was an HR chat. The coding questions were pretty straightforward, like coding a function to reverse a number, or coding to print prime numbers, and some string-related questions.
