It was a three step interview process. The first interview was a self-done video interview where I recorded my answers. The second was with a person, and they told me they wanted me for the Senior role instead of the Associate one. The third phase was a trial assessment, which was basically a written self-led exam. After I submitted that, they ghosted me and never responded or told me why I wasn't a fit.

Behavioral Case Other

It was a pretty standard interview process, but it took a while. I had three verbal interviews and also did a case study. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, but some questions were tough because it's an entry-level position, so most candidates don't have a lot of professional experience to draw from. I got through four of the five total rounds, and then they completely ghosted me. It's not uncommon, but it was still super disappointing and frustrating after I put in all that time. I don't expect an offer, but they should at least have the decency to send a rejection email. Based on the Glassdoor reviews, I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
