Customer Service Representative
The interview process was very direct and to the point. Management should really follow up with candidates about the job offer. I'd be interested in working with this company again if a suitable position opens up.
- Can you describe your experience managing customer accounts?
Customer Service Representative
It was an interview, they asked about my previous work experience, computer skills, phone experience, and cash handling abilities. They also asked about my people skills and my preferred working hours, explaining the differences between part-time and full-time employment and the benefits. They discussed the background check and drug testing processes, informed me about company policies, and mentioned an HVAC test.

Customer Service Representative
First I talked to some managers, they asked me about my past experience and what strengths I had for the job. Then I met the team and got to ask them questions about the role. It ended with a quick chat with the managers again. It was a pretty relaxed interview.
