It started with a 15-minute fit interview, followed by a 45-minute Zoom call. After that, I had a 1-hour meeting with a manager where I was asked questions, but it wasn't a formal interview. The final stage was an in-person panel interview. I waited a week and then emailed them for an update, but unfortunately, I was not selected. It felt like a lot of hoops to jump through without immediate feedback.

Had a phone interview with the current Safety Manager who has a Chemical Engineering Degree. Then, I had a face-to-face interview at a Regional Office in Maryland. I met with several people there and was offered the position. I was assured they had high safety and environmental standards, which turned out to be a complete fabrication once I was on the job. The facility managers are lazy and unaccountable, and there are serious safety issues everywhere. They don't want you to challenge the status quo; it won't be received well and you'll be terminated.

First, someone called to set up a in-person interview. They sent directions and a confirmation email. The HR department is in a different building. A recruiter there will screen you and ask you questions. If you pass, you'll go to the main building to meet with managers from the department you're applying to. Everyone there is really into teamwork. It's a bit nerve-wracking waiting in the lobby to be seen.

I was contacted by an HR person who found my resume on Monster. They gave me a 20 minute phone interview and then invited me to a one day panel interview at a local hotel. The panel interview had 2 different panels, each with 3 interviewers. You only moved on if you passed the first panel. The second panel asked more specific questions about my experience for the job and also 'what would you do' questions. They showed me a sample one page P&L and asked if I knew what it was and if I could go over it at a high level. After passing that, I went to another room for computer-based skills tests in basic business math and Excel. A personality test was also given. A few days later, I got the job offer!
