The hiring process involved a phone screen and then an online interview. It was all pretty straightforward and friendly, which made it a smooth and good experience where we could talk openly and productively.

The interview process was relaxed, communicative, and very transparent. They were true to the selection and recruitment timeline. I really liked it. There were three stages over two weeks, covering general and specific knowledge for the role. Feedback for each stage was provided the same day via email.

I found the selection process unnecessarily long, taking almost a month just to reach the stage of speaking with the manager. I participated in the general phase, and only learned I was approved two weeks later when I was called for a conversation with the managers. I was told I wasn't approved (one week later), and they asked me to return for another interview with a different department. I only found out I wasn't approved because I sent an email. So, I wasted money on travel for 3 days for nothing, and they didn't bother to give me a quick response, knowing we're anxious, nervous, etc.
