Engineering Intern
The interview process started with a phone screen, followed by a Teams meeting with the engineering manager and a team member that lasted about 30-45 minutes. The HR team was really responsive and helpful. The engineering manager was super interested in my school projects and extracurriculars, using them to ask about my work management style.

Engineering Intern
So basically I'm an engineering student and I was really wanting to get into the oil and gas scene, but it's always tough to get past the big names. Luckily, I knew someone at the company who put in a good word and asked for my CV and cover letter. Once I sent that over, an engineering manager reached out and invited me to the office for a few interviews. I ended up having three interviews in total. They weren't super tough, mostly just getting to know me and checking what was on my resume.
- What are your criteria when assembling a team?
Engineering Intern
after my CV got screened, they invited me to an online interview. It involved questions from HR and someone from the department I'd be interning with. They asked general questions about the role and also specific questions about my background.
- How can your past experiences help the team you will be working with to succeed?
