Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

Super quick, adaptable, and totally positive process. Started with a Google Hangout to align expectations, get insights into the business model, processes, and job scope, and match motivation with what's offered. Then, a short, job-related case study in English and German, followed by an in-person meeting in Munich. Communication was consistently great, making me feel comfortable and treated as an equal right away, which left a fantastic impression of the company culture. I decided to pursue an opportunity abroad and didn't finish the process, but I can highly recommend applying. It was all positive – great people, a fascinating and exciting business model, and the feeling of being accepted, respected, and welcome from the very first contact.

Behavioral

Stylight has a great HR-team, they are very friendly and always helpful. They make sure you are feeling comfortable, which made the whole application procedure enjoyable. I had two skype interviews and one interview at the office in Munich. All the interviews were nice and they helped me to get a better idea of the internship and the company. Of course I had to answer several questions, but in a nice way.

It was pretty straightforward, first a Skype interview and then an in-person interview before they made an offer. The hiring manager was really friendly, but it wasn't a total cakewalk. The in-person interview was with the hiring manager and the VP of business development, and they asked some tougher questions about how well I understood the company's strategy and processes.
