The manager will ask you some basic questions about your past jobs. Be prepared to talk about your previous jobs and you will also have to put an outfit together for her then try and sell it to her.
- Can you share an instance where you had a disagreement with a coworker?
- Please go into the store, select an outfit, and then present and sell it to me.
- What aspects of your previous employment did you find unsatisfactory?

I came in on a Saturday and dropped off my application from their website, resume, and cover letter. The manager and assistant manager happened to be there, and the manager told me to do an online assessment and then call her to get into the group interview on Tuesday. I did the assessment and called back an hour later, but she was at lunch. She called me back an hour after that and told me when to come in for the interview. On Tuesday, I went to the group interview, and the manager made it super comfortable and relaxed. She asked typical interview questions like 'Why do you want to work here?', 'How do you measure success?', 'What pace do you work at?', 'How long do you expect to work at Styles?', and 'What attracted you to want to work here?'. The interview lasted about an hour because she was very conversational, and it was a group interview with three other girls, so we all took turns answering. Afterwards, she asked if we had questions and gave us the background check form, mentioning it takes time and she'd call by next week. The interview was Tuesday, and the following Monday she offered me the job. I went in Monday to finish the paperwork, and she scheduled me to start that Thursday.
- Why do you want to work here?
- How do you measure success?
- What pace do you work at?

Super positive experience, the DM just threw me into an interview super casually last minute. I was dressed really casually, summer dress, tattoos and piercings showing, totally unprepared. I initially wondered why I was interviewing with the DM for a sales role, but later found out she was considering me for a potential part-time manager position.
- What are your strengths?
- What are your weaknesses?
- Can you describe your lifestyle?
