Behavioral Technical Presentation

I saw a tutoring job on Craigslist and sent in my application. About two weeks later, I got an email back. I responded with my availability for a phone interview. The phone interview happened a few days after that. Then they wanted to see me in person to evaluate my tutoring abilities. We met at a Starbucks, where another tutor asked me some questions and then we did a practice tutoring session. I had to teach her how to do a math worksheet. A few days after that, I got an email saying I got the job.

Applied online. Had a 30-60 minute phone call where we talked about my experiences and their company. Then I went in for an in-person meeting with a current StudyPoint tutor. They sent over SAT/ACT questions beforehand so I could get ready to teach them. It was a pretty straightforward and easy interview. Business casual dress code. Make sure to bring your paperwork and ID. Got a job offer the next day for $20/hr.

Presentation Behavioral

The team kept insisting they had sent instructions for how to prepare for the interview, but I never got them. When the interview started, the interviewer kept saying instructions were sent before, even though they weren't. It was one of the worst interviews I've had, super rude and not helpful at all. They didn't give any feedback afterwards either. I wouldn't suggest applying.
