So I had a phone interview first. Then they set up a video interview with an agency they were using for hiring. Before the first interview, they had me write down 10 core values with descriptions. The first interview was about 30 minutes discussing my 10 values, and general stuff like telling me about myself. The other 20 minutes were spent going through my portfolio. After that, there were two more rounds of interviews. The second interview was with them, and it was similar to the last one, where they asked me to talk about my portfolio again.

I had an interview with 2 associate principals, and it was pretty standard. Nothing too hard or surprising. We went over my portfolio, and chatted about office dynamics, as well as the different types and sizes of projects. They also shared info about the other offices and the project assignment process. I'm still waiting to hear back, and the interview was about 3 weeks ago.
