I applied on their website and about five days later a manager emailed me for an interview. It was an open interview, so I could go on either of the two days available during the time frames that worked for me. The interview was really basic. The manager asked about my past experience, my availability, told me about the job duties and dress code, and when I'd hear back. She also asked if I had any questions. I got hired within three hours after the interview.

The interview was extremely well done, considering the number of runners needed and the time given to each. The questions were precise and direct, as one would expect in a part time role (covering all the necessary basics). It was conducted by a manager and was kept friendly and professional. Exactly what I had expected going in.
