Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Studio Movie Grill.
Server
It was a pretty easy interview process with fairly asked questions about how you work under pressure and on a team. I went in for an interview and was hired within the week. After that, there were 4 days of training before starting my first official day.
- How do you function as part of a team?
Server
The interview process was pretty involved and kept me engaged. It had a few parts to it: first a phone screen, then some technical tests, and finally some behavioral interviews. Each part really helped me understand what the job is like and what the company is all about.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with an unhappy customer and how you managed it.
Server
The interview happened in the dining area. They asked me about my experience and when I'm available to work. The interviewer was very pleasant. The reason it wasn't a good fit was the commute.
- Can you handle working in a fast-paced environment?
