Account Manager
The interview process is located in CA and is fairly easy, mostly about behavioral questions. Speaking multiple languages is a plus. It won't take multiple months and is very friendly for graduates.
- Can you share your leadership experiences?
Account Manager
It started with a 15-minute HR head hunter phone call, followed by a 1-hour manager phone interview. Then, a 1-hour CEO on site interview. They said they'd decide in a week, but after two weeks, they wanted a fourth round phone interview. The regional manager was supposed to conduct it, but the company bailed twice without apologizing. They finally replied days later, and then again after two weeks to say they declined me. They don't respect or value candidates, which is a huge internal process flaw. It was the worst interview experience.
- What would you do if you were in the marketing person's shoes?
Account Manager
The interview process included an initial phone call followed by two onsite interviews. The HR representative was very pleasant, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable, indicating a positive company and work environment.
