First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Student Medicover.
Digital Marketing Specialist
it was a good interview experience, the interviewer was kind and nice. I enjoyed the whole process and it was my first interview this year. I hope to learn more about the company and hear back from them soon.
- Can you tell me about a time you had a conflict with someone?
Intern
It lasted about 30 minutes, and all the questions were pretty straightforward. The whole thing was really well put together and super clear. I had a good experience, and the HR person was nice and friendly.
- What's your biggest strength for this role?
Campus Ambassador
I had a phone interview a few years back, it went for about 30 mins to an hour. I went in ready and really interested in the job, talking about why I would be a good fit and why the company's mission was something I believed in. It was a good talk and left me with a good feeling.
- Can you explain why you are a suitable candidate for this position?
- What do you know about our organization?
Account Manager
It started with a 15-minute HR head hunter phone call, followed by a 1-hour manager phone interview. Then, a 1-hour CEO on site interview. They said they'd decide in a week, but after two weeks, they wanted a fourth round phone interview. The regional manager was supposed to conduct it, but the company bailed twice without apologizing. They finally replied days later, and then again after two weeks to say they declined me. They don't respect or value candidates, which is a huge internal process flaw. It was the worst interview experience.
- What would you do if you were in the marketing person's shoes?
