Product Manager
I was contacted by a recruiter via email and we scheduled a call. They confirmed they would call me on my phone at the set date and time, and sent a GCal invite which they accepted. On the day of the call, I emailed to confirm my phone number but got no response. The 30-minute call window has passed, and I've heard nothing else. I even emailed 10 minutes into our scheduled time to offer rescheduling since I picked a time outside of normal work hours, but still no reply. While I want to be understanding, it's unprofessional to schedule a call and then not show up. I hope to get some kind of email back eventually.

Product Manager
The interview process involved several stages, starting with a recruiter screener, followed by a hiring manager screener. Then there were 2 case study interviews and 3 extended in-person interviews onsite. Scheduling was difficult due to understaffing, so the whole thing took about 4-6 weeks. The company culture didn't feel super welcoming; it was often called 'fast moving,' and some interviewers asked questions very aggressively.
- Can you walk me through your previous work experience?
- What motivates your interest in Stubhub?
- How would you interpret the results of this A/B test?
Associate Product Manager
The interview process was smooth and they were upfront about everything. The interviews themselves were pretty standard difficulty and pretty direct. After asking, the recruiter did give me feedback, which was nice. Overall, the process moved pretty quickly with fast turnarounds after the interviews.
- What makes you want to join this company?
- Can you give me an overview of your background and experience?
- If you were given data, how would you assess if this experiment was successful?
