An external recruiter reached out to me first for a 30-minute call. Then I had a 60-minute technical and team fit interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had a culture/team/technical interview with the hiring manager's manager, which was supposed to be 60 mins but they cut it short to 45 mins.

I applied by submitting my resume and got an email within a week to schedule a phone screen with a recruiter. The call went well and I thought I would at least get to a first interview with the hiring manager. But then, after several attempts to follow up, I didn't hear back. It's really weird when they don't follow up with candidates afterwards to provide an update. Maybe it's for the best since they are under eBay's control, and eBay isn't doing too well right now. Based on employee reviews here, it seems like I might have avoided a bad situation.
