Behavioral Case Presentation

Overall a good experience, however, it was very slow and responses were delayed. I kicked off the interview process in late July 2022. My initial call was supposed to be 30 mins, but it went for 1hr because the interviewer read out the entire list of benefits. After the intro call, there was a cultural fit interview, a take-home assignment, and then a presentation. Everyone I interacted with was nice and made me feel welcomed. However, during my first call, I was told how important a fast interview process is for Stuart. It ended up taking 2 months. I didn't get any feedback after the final round, which is a shame after investing so much time. The company culture seems nice, and if the process hadn't been so slow (maybe due to summer holidays / recession?), I think we would have been a good match.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

It was a 7-step process, all via video call. First, an HR call about general things and motivations. Then, a Senior PM call focusing on product process. Next, a chat with the CPO about product culture. After that, there was a case study to prepare and present to 4 product team members, involving a 30-minute presentation plus Q&A. The next steps were informal chats with two different stakeholders to meet future colleagues. Finally, HR called with the job offer.

Behavioral

The first call I had was with the recruiter and it was really bad. The questions were pretty standard like 'tell me about your experience' and 'what are your strengths', but the recruiter was super unfriendly. They were in a common area, maybe a noisy space, and kept saying my connection was bad. This person was also distracted, looking at people passing by and signaling them, which was rude. They went through the questions and answers like a robot in a speed contest. It makes me wonder why they even do these calls if they don't want to talk to the candidate. I doubt they even reviewed my profile properly or understood the role. We'll never know. It was also weird that after contacting me because of my LinkedIn profile, they said my experience wasn't enough. All this happened in a 30-minute call with a bad connection. It was a really disappointing and time-wasting experience.
