The interview process was very nice and simple. I value that it is fast and straightforward. They also give you a ppt with information about the company for better preparation. The interviewer was one of the nicest people I´ve talked with. She treated me incredibly and I had the sense I could be talking with her for hours. Also, the manager I met explained their projects, and I would help once joining the team. Amazing group of people and company.

Behavioral Technical Coding Case

The entire interview process was really well put together. It mostly involved one-on-one chats with various team members, HR, and management. There were also skill tests, mainly for SQL and Python. The tasks were demanding, requiring significant effort, but they offered a realistic preview of the job's challenges. It was a genuinely positive experience, with ample feedback and information about the company, the work, the team, and their objectives. I had plenty of chances to ask questions, and Stuart seemed keen on ensuring not just a good hire, but also that the candidate understood the role and that their interests matched. He was also flexible with scheduling and provided timely feedback. Everything was online due to the pandemic, but it was still a great experience. The steps included: HR chat with ongoing feedback after each stage, a quick SQL and Python test (about 1 hour), an interview with a team member, a case study (72 hours to complete), and finally, interviews with the team manager and upper management.

Coding Technical Case Behavioral

The interview process was composed of 4 steps, starting after HR contacted me. It included a coding/analytical test (Python/SQL/Excel), an interview with the UK Analytics Manager (covering general questions and a business case exercise), an interview with a Senior Business Analyst, and finally an interview with the Head of UK Business Operations. The whole process was quite fast, taking about 3-4 weeks from the initial HR contact to the end. It was conducted entirely remotely due to the lockdown, and it went smoothly even though it was remote.
