So, first up there were two online tests. One was SQL and python based, the other involved a bunch of questions where Excel was the main tool. After that, I had a chat with someone from Talent Acquisition. Then, I went through two rounds of interviews with senior analysts from different parts of the business. They both did fit questions and walked me through a case study. The next step was an interview with the operations manager, and then the final one was with the head of operations. Even though it felt like a lot of steps, they actually scheduled them pretty close together, so it moved really fast. The questions they asked were pretty well thought out and actually led to some good conversations.
