Account Manager
Transparent exchanges, supportive coaching, and dynamic recruitment: THANK YOU! The recruitment manager was available to answer my questions at every step. The interviews were very clear in conveying the company's strong values and the main aspects of the job opening. It was a real pleasure to talk with HR and the teams, well done and thank you!

Account Manager
It was a super long interview process, took over two months. I thought I was having a quick chat with the recruiter, but it turned into a 45-minute phone interview. Then there was another 20-minute phone interview, followed by an assessment with 8 questions, one of which involved creating a Gantt chart. After that, I had an in-person interview. Unfortunately, Stuart never got back to me, and I had to chase them multiple times to find out if I got the job. I put in a lot of effort and didn't even get the basic courtesy of a response.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Describe Stuart using three bullet points.
Account Manager
I applied for a role and after waiting two weeks for availability, I found out they had already offered the job to what seemed like the first candidate they interviewed. While there's nothing inherently wrong with that, it's not what you expect. You can't assume you've interviewed the best candidate without seeing everyone. I didn't dwell on it as I casually browse brands. The recruiter asked if she could pass my details to another department because of my experience and CV for a different role. I followed up twice with the internal recruiter out of courtesy, but three senior staff members who were CC'd never responded. A simple email notification would have been enough for me to move on and keep looking elsewhere. It was a really poor first impression of a brand I thought would be a great place to consider.
- No interview took place due to poor communication.
