I had one initial phone interview, then one in office interview with the person I met on the phone, and your potential manager. The interview was very relaxed and the questions were basic, and not challenging. They just want to get to know you and why you want the job, and how you fit with the others in the office (shadowing different departments).

I got a call asking me to come to their office for an interview. The phone call was really brief and didn't give much info. The actual interview part was maybe 30 minutes, and the rest of the time was spent chatting with the employees there. I never even found out the exact position I was interviewing for, so it was tricky to answer the questions they asked.

It was a super quick interview, only about 15 minutes. The person interviewing me was really nice. I got an email the next day saying they decided to move forward with other candidates. I guess they're looking for people who have sales experience, and I've only worked in Marketing/Advertising.
